Launch Campaign

To celebrate the Medialane mainnet launch on Starknet, the Creator's Fund returns all platform revenue to the community while the campaign is active. Revenue is airdropped to creators, collectors, and active participants.

Community Program

Each time the Creator's Fund reaches $1,000, that round is airdropped to all participants — weighted by Score Board points earned through real activity on the platform.

Governance First

A 1% marketplace fee funds the Creator's Fund. Each year, MDLN holders vote on Snapshot to decide how platform revenue is used — Creator's Airdrop, token buyback, token burn, protocol development, or operations. No predetermined formula.

For year one, the DAO's decision is the Creator's Airdrop: every dollar of revenue is returned to the community. The campaign runs until July 1, 2027.

When MDLN holders vote to fund the Creator's Airdrop, the allocated pool is distributed to creators, collectors, and active participants — no investors, no middlemen.

Distribution is not member-gated — every $1,000 the Creator's Fund collects is airdropped. $5,000 of revenue means 5 rounds; $10,000 means 10. Your share of each round is your Score Board points relative to all participants.

Community Governance

MDLN holders control every aspect of the airdrop:

Pool size — what percentage of revenue goes to the airdrop vs. DAO operations
Tier weights — how the pool is divided between Tier 1, 2, and 3 participants
Eligibility rules — what activities qualify and what thresholds apply
Cycle timing — when annual cycles begin and end

Creator's Airdrop rules and pool sizes are governed by MDLN holders and may change between cycles. All qualifying activity is verified onchain. Medialane DAO does not guarantee specific airdrop amounts.
